The Jinfan Chinese Orchestra of the High School Attached to Tsinghua University gave lessons and condolences in the Sun Village

On the morning of April 10th, under the leadership of Mr. Hu Jun, director of the office and conductor of the orchestra, 22 students from the first grade of Jinfan Folk Orchestra of Tsinghua Affiliated High School went to the "Beijing Sun Village" located in Shunyi County for guidance teaching, sympathy performance and planting a "Love Begonia Forest of Jinfan Folk Orchestra of Tsinghua Affiliated High School".。

The important purpose of this activity is to play a radiating role, teach some harmonica playing techniques for children in Sun Village, enrich their spare time cultural life, and improve their survival skills。

Each student led a Sun village child to communicate one-on-one, and gave the children a delicate harmonica, but also taught the children led by their hands, in more than an hour, the Sun Village children learned to play "Little Star"。

In addition, under the direction of teacher Hu Jun, the students of the orchestra also performed for more than 20 children in the Sun Village, such as "Little Star", "Harvest Festival" and "Dragon Leaps and Tiger Leaps". The students' wonderful performances were loved by the children present。

Then, the students presented the Sun Village with drinking water and ham sausage and other items as well as more than 4,000 yuan donated by the teachers and students of the affiliated high school。

After that, everyone came to the love forest of the "Sun Village" and began to plant trees。The students first put the saplings into the dug tree hole, and then a spade a spade to the young tree soil, and carrying a bucket to their carefully planted crabapple tree water, also wrote the name on the love tree name tag, hanging on their carefully planted saplings。Soon, a "Tsinghua Jinfan Chinese Orchestra love Begonia forest" showed in front of everyone's eyes。The students looked at the fruits of their labor with a satisfied smile。

"Beijing Sun Village" Children's Education Consulting Center is officially registered by the relevant departments of the state, with "everything for children" as the purpose of non-profit organizations。It mainly provides special education, psychological counseling, rights and interests protection and vocational training services for the minor children of prisoners who have no dependents。

As part of the series of education of "Be a Golden Sail Man, cast the soul of the Nation", the Office of the Jinfan Chinese Orchestra of Tsinghua High School Affiliated to Tsinghua University organizes the new students of the orchestra to perform "Giving love and giving back to the society" every year, aiming to cultivate the students' sense of social participation and collective cooperation, as well as the ability to "fly solo" in performance。From 2010 to 2014, for five consecutive years, Mr. Hu Jun led the new first year students of the orchestra to perform and visit the Sun Village, and obtained good educational results。
